2. Print out the flyer to hand out and share on your social media pages and email blasts

3. Fill in the “who” with your organization name and fill in the “when” with the date an time of your event

4. Spread the word and encourage people to attend

FUNDRAISERS | MILWAUKEE, WI –THE FINE PRINT:

  • 15% OF NET SALES DURING YOUR EVENT TIME SLOT ATTRIBUTED TO YOUR FUNDRAISING PROGRAM WILL BE DONATED TO YOUR 501C3 ORGANIZATION.
  • MUST BE A 501C3 ORGANIZATION TO QUALIFY AND PRESENT A COPY OF THE FILLED-OUT FORM TO THE TRACK PRIOR TO THE EVENT
  • PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS FOR YOUR DONATION PAYMENT TO PROCESS. FUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED DAY OF YOUR EVENT.
  • FUNDRAISING EVENTS MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE
  • FUNDRAISING EVENTS BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO TRACK AVAILABILITY
  • FUNDRAISER MUST BE PUBLICIZED THROUGH GROUP’S/ORGANIZATION’S SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS TO PROMOTE THE EVENT, WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE THE VELOCE INDOOR SPEEDWAY LOGO AND WEBSITE URL, DRIVENFORSPEED.COM
  • PRINTED MEDIA IN THE FORM OF EITHER POSTERS, BANNERS, SIGNS, ETC. MUST BE PRESENT TRACKSIDE AT THE TIME OF EVENT ALONG WITH AT LEAST ONE REPRESENTATIVE FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION
  • VELOCE WILL SPONSOR EVENT ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS OPENING EVENT UP TO THE PUBLIC WHO WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT YOUR CAUSE. WE ASK YOUR ORGANIZATION SHARES OUR POSTS (REGARDING THE PROMOTION) ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS FOR MORE VISIBILITY.
